These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ANTE — the ERP software operated by Multibook Philippines Inc. ("we", "us", or "ANTE"), a Philippine corporation and a subsidiary of Multibook (Tokyo, Japan). Our Philippine office is at Unit 405 Cattleya Condominium, 235 Salcedo Street, Legaspi Village, San Lorenzo, Makati City, Philippines. By creating an ANTE workspace or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ANTE is a cloud-based ERP platform covering modules such as HR, payroll, projects, treasury, CRM, and point-of-sale. Specific features depend on your subscription plan and are described at ante.work/features. Enterprise customers may also self-host ANTE under a separate written agreement.
2. Free trial
ANTE offers a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial your workspace stays live in read-only mode for an additional 30 days while you decide whether to subscribe. You may cancel at any time during or after the trial.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Taxes (including Philippine VAT where applicable) are charged in addition to the subscription fee.
4. Your data
You own your workspace data. We store it, back it up, secure it, and make it available to you for the duration of your subscription. On termination, we provide a data export in standard formats for 30 days, after which the data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may revoke ANTE's access to any connected Google service at any time, either from your Google account or via the integration settings inside your ANTE workspace. Revocation triggers deletion of stored Google-sourced data per the Privacy Policy and the Data deletion page.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ANTE to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malware, or attempt to compromise the service or other customers' workspaces. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Third-party integrations
ANTE integrates with third-party services that you choose to connect — including Google services (Sign-In, Gmail, Drive, Calendar), payment processors, and others listed in our integrations directory. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party's own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and a third-party service changing or removing functionality may correspondingly affect the related ANTE feature.
7. Intellectual property
ANTE, including its software, designs, and documentation, is owned by Multibook Philippines Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business during the subscription period. You retain all rights to your workspace data.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other party's non-public information using at least the same standard of care it uses for its own confidential information, and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
9. Warranty disclaimer and liability
ANTE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your workspace data, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time per the cancellation rules in Section 3. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (data ownership, liability, governing law, confidentiality) will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Philippines, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to workspace administrators by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
